Ledgerbird, the embedded-finance infrastructure company co-founded through Founders Catalyst, has raised a Series A and crossed $1.2 billion processed in its first eighteen months.
Ledgerbird lets any company launch banking features — accounts, cards, payments — in weeks rather than years. What began as an in-house thesis about the plumbing of the modern economy is now processing real money for real businesses at scale.

The round was led by a top fintech investor, with participation from Founders Catalyst. The company will use the capital to expand its platform to new markets and deepen its compliance infrastructure.
